Steve sorted out our heated towel rails in two bathrooms. He fitted two new ones that my husband ordered as one was leaking and the other was about to. Can't praise him enough! Not only did he respond to my msg quickly (while on holiday) he arranged to pop in on his return to quote. Then sent it later that day. I had contacted three other plumbers and still waiting to hear from them. Steve asked if I wanted the job done that week and if so, said he could do it. He was polite, took his shoes off on entering the property, explained what he was about to do and cracked on and got the job done. He was neat and tidy and I am very pleased with the results. When I asked him for advice on a heating problem, he checked it out and sorted it explaining what to do. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending him!
